What an awesome question, after all there are many Real Estate "Professionals" to choose from. Unfortunately, this industry is full of "fly-by-night" companies who overpromise and underdeliver.
In reality, it is incredibly simple to create an ad and a website and make a video claiming that you're the best.
What is not easy to do, however, is to
-Start your business in Port Aransas at age 23 / Become Youngest Multi-Million Dollar Producer (20'-21')
-Represent a client who purchased a 1.65M ocean-front home first year in business (21')
-Relocate your business to New Braunfels after 2 years and start over (22')
-Achieve your best year on record after 2 years in New Braunfels (24')
(Despite # of Annual Home Sales in the US hitting a 30-year low in 2024)
-Re-Brand yourself and build out / train a family-based Team (24')

In reality, it is incredibly simple to create an ad and a website and make a video claiming that you're the best.
